RS232 Computer Interface Source Files for V24/V26 Monitors

I need the source files containing the protocol data to make a computer interface for the V24
monitor. The necessary files are: pc_spi.h, pc_mach.h, pc_almgr.h, database.h,
mecif.h, c16toc8.c,rtlabel.txt and extlabel.txt (all this files are related at RS232 Computer Interface Programming Guide (Option #J13) document for Philips CMS Patient Monitoring System & V24 and V26 Patient Monitors).
