Hi,
When i turn on the rt3200, i get a white screen, whit black letters. I don´t have imagen.
I checked hv board, and hvh is 0v and hvl is 78v.
I need your help.

From our experience this problem is caused by a bad battery on the MST board. After replacing the bad battery you will need to reset the machine. If you need the procedure send us an email.
