SCANNER CTi ANODE PROBLEM

All dears:
I have a problem with CTi, error in rotation anode xray tube PERFOMIX. I change the two fuses blow cut on to HRMC module, but anode not working yet.
Any ideas....

The error code is:
"The HRMC drive has detected a line loss, this occurs when the input power fails below 85% of the nominal bus volt"
I change the two fuses blowout for HRMC block.
The anode not roting...
