Hi I have the Kodak Direct View Elite CR System and it shows an scanner error 10044-0 when Im scannind the cassetes. What I need to do?
Is that an laser issue or control card?

10044 - Cassette Extract sensor (S4) is blocked
The cassette Extract sensor (S4) is blocked before a cassette is loaded into the machine.
