We have an error code "no simmer detected' on our Sciton BBls. Have ruled out low water, and a handpiece/lamp issue. Any service manuals or technicians dealt with this before and know what the fix is? Thanks

Could be BBL hand piece needs rebuilt or BBL module is burned out Is the lamp coming on the hand piece ?
