Hi everyone,
In our lab we have SECOMAM BASIC spectrophotometer and for some readings it gives lower values than they are. Some analysis are OK but for HDL and LDL cholesterol, iron, phosphorus, albumin and T protein analysis it gives wrong- lower values.
Can someone tell what could it be, is it a lamp or something else.
Thanks to all.
