Initial Error was E15 ,We have replaced the control interface board but we have a new error of E8 now on the console. we have checked HV cable resistance and was ok. currently no LED lights on the console board.

Initial e15 Suspect filament driver board, bad Cincon? Check voltages
Double check fuse f2
Corrupt U3 on HT control board
Maybe put original interface back in to diagnose filament board.
Test hv tank, should have continuity on receptical j1 between g (ground) and “h” (large) and “f” (small)
Check J1 on hv tank for arcing
