We have a couple of error codes on a Senograph 2000D and we will appreciate experts' advice:
E71 Panne Mouvement Trame 118/012" and E04 Arm fail 027/002"> we removed and installed the grid again and checked all connections and rebooted but noticed the solenoid is not moving as it should. The grid is bent where it got hit so the arm that moves the oscillator is trapped and being squeezed by the grid and the other side of that bucky. We then checked the calibration status in the console which shows the error code 118/012 but we think the solenoid might cause more problems in the machine so the calibration is still pending."
