I have a problem in a senographe, it is that in the films appears a dark strip in the chest side. I checked the filters, the grid, the films, cassettes and were ok.
It doesn't happen anytime.

Try to relocate the mouth marginator, (a metalic square window located abobe xray tube exit window)
If bad allocated it projects a shadow on the chest side of image.
