Someone can help me to solve error I have in Sensation 64 CT:
When I startup the equipment, with operative system no problem at all, after show checkup window, but never finish communication with gantry because shows for some minutes massage: Synchronization with Scan Server is running. Please wait… . After this, appears a note window with message: Gantry startup failed, Scanning no possible. Obviously, gantry is not ready so, we do not reach checkup points as heating, or calibration , but also on rotating part of gantry appears an error condition with two(2)red light on led V4(SrsEr) and led V5(DomEr) of D513 ADU board, and checking log of errors shows message:

Im more interested in what else can you perform:
(Service Mode):
- MCU CW rotate ? Y or N
- MCU, are you receiving Index pulses ? Y or N
- PDU DC Voltages present ?
- Table, do you have Control ?
Dear Ed,
No rotation of gantry CW or CCW on service mode.
Index pulses are receiving each gantry rotation at 90 degrees position tube. Also, pulses AP90 y AP0; all above manual rotation.
There are PDC voltages 24 and 300VDC also, 5,12, -12 and 300VCD on gantry power supply no problem.
No control on table, because no lights on control panel of gantry.
Finally, brushes are in good working conditions, and slip ring are clean.
Asso, I needing service info., troubleshoots specially rotation nd stationary parts of gantry

It looks one MCB board has problem.You can do the further test,just to go LOCAL SERVICE, and open the error code.Then you find the details and what to do next.
If you don't have level 7 password, just semd me the Dougle#.

Hello! You have the problem with CAN Bus. One of the all controllers has error (MCU, PTV, PTH, GPC, RTC, ACU). Send me the screen shot with the eventlog window. You shpuld select Application and System and Error option and GO. Send me this pics to shadowcar@mail.ru

THIS is key to describing your main symptom!!!
- One of your 6 or 7 MCBs is NOT talking. (CAN Bus)
Visually look at all MCBs. Verify they are powered.
One time I had a Vertical Table MCB loosing power.
(was my worst night-mare) Lol.

Id= 1043,source = CT_MAS, message= control error MAS (E 00 00 2b 01 a0 01 0b)
IRS Lifechecktimeout
possible causes:
1. IRS HW error
2. IRS Performance problem
3. cable W51
4. cable W557 DM-SRS fibre optic

Check hardware of IRS. Check light on fiber optic IRS. Connect monitor to IRS and check windows
