Sequioa C512 boot problem

My Sequioa C512 hands at booting.
System hands at "copying nomad.log from harddisk to RAMdisk..." even when computer power is turned off system hands at same place.
Previous PPS failed tests still in memory after replacing PPS box.
Any help will be much appreciated
