Sequoia Failed test :c004

I have a Sequoia 12.23 CRT system here, when running test suits 1 & 2 I am getting a failed test c004: pic adc vcc margin test error. I have replaced the PIC2 board with a know working one and still get the same error. Any ideas where to go from here?

Charles. Put your original PIC2 back in and your Sequoia is good to go. The c004 error is caused by a backplane mod installed by Siemens. Apparently they cut a wire that supplies the pic adc vcc to cure some problem, but didn't update the diagnostics to ignore that the voltage wasn't there where the diagnostics is looking for it.
