It is usually on a set of floppy disks, in the log book, under the small cover at the top (rear) of the monitor cart. service program runs on a windows PC.

You need the disk to connect into the sire Mobil each unit is unique I think the s/n needs to be present.

The service SW floppies are not coded to the s/n of the machine. They all use the same login & p/w. The SSW does not even always have to match the host SW version to work.

Wayne I sent it to him. they are actually serial number specific if you need to reload the D1 board using Disk 3 but all you have to do is edit the files on this disk changing the serial number to your unit.

Lenny - you can use disk 3 to upload SW to the D1 board, but the parameters on disk 3 are specific to the unit and should never be used on another c-arm. Instead you sghould go through the calibration procedures to produce accurate parameter values for your c-arm.
