Tilt cylinder "sticks" on occasion; will not move.
Pump runs but no Tilt.
Slight (1/8 turn) of any hydrolic line with slight drip of fluid restores operation. Will not fail under even heavy load. UP/Down never fails.
Very repeatable. ???
Could be one of several problems. Call my service manager, Jim Yore, on Monday and let him know your symptoms. He has alot of experience with the hydraulic system on this table. (800) 223-6606 x210.
A valve will not open against the static system pressure. Opening a fitting drops the pressure to the level that the valve now will work.
Possably a bad valve coil or too much pressure in the system.
I have seen this problem in other equipment when a limit switch fails and cylender is forced to its mechicanical limit. The hydraulic pump raises the oil pressure to a level so high that the solinoid valve will not open against the pressure head.
I believe it is a bad check valve in the valve block assy. Or could have a faulty cylinder. The hydraulic fluid may be bypassing the seal and allowing fluid to still flow through the system. Try changing the the check valve if that does not work try bleeding the air from the cylinder or rebuild or replace the cylinder. info@bluehorizonmedical.com Scott@ 321-217-2717
