Siemens Antares boot problem

Hi!
I have an urgent problem with Antares...
doesn't boot, stops at Acuson logo (after Siemens splash screen logo). I can't enter BIOS , it says "Entering setup..." and nothing.. Can't reload software either. all voltages are OK. RM board is v.165.
Anyone had similar problem?

Looks that you need new SW instalation and propably new DVD

Can't reload softare, cause it doesn't read the cd drive, doesn't get to that point. After Siemens logo there's a Acuson antares picture and nothing happens. Can't even go to BIOS, -> "entering setup" and nothing.
