This message appears in Siemens arcadis orbic c arm (initial parameters sync. with main system failed) asp-bsc-e-132
And the system need to restart.
So I need service and error manuals., please

Hello, look for another errors in event log in Local Service, there is a description too. Another way, you need to reconnect all pcb in PCI slot of Celsius PC and check again. If it's the same, create a backup and reinstall SW. Error log is the clue to resolving anyway. Good luck

When i disconnect and reconnect all pcb in pc, Do i need the service key or any thing else?
