I am having an intermittent no fluoro problem with a siemens compact L c-arm. I can't reproduce it but apparently fluoro will stop working without any error and it will begin working again after a few minutes/seconds and sometimes requires a reboot. They have had this problem when using both the handswitch and footswitch....I have yet to encounter it so I'm suspecting incoming power, a power supply going bad, bad relay contacts on the D33 board or? Anyone have this issue before? Thanks....
Those have a timer on them I believe. And flouro will eventually stop to keep tube from over heating. Also see if they are using small or large filament for flouro.

Check power supply on the camera or the camera itself. sometimes wiring going to camera is bad.
