Siemens Concerto Error

The following message appears on the monitor of a Siemens Concerto Open MRI.
Frequency adjustment error. Received signal is too low. Check patient positioning/coil selection/adjustment volume.
Any ideas?

Does It is on all coils? If not, connect the body large coil. In brass "system" disable one coil plag, X1 for example, system is run? If not, activate X1, disable X2. System run? If yes, defective coil element ore RF path (may be BTB). Check another coil. If system does not run, check the temperate of magnet (app. 31,5 degre). If Ok, use manual adjustment , for activate this menu, any protocol
Must be open. Check isocentr shim in seso platform
