A motion problem occurred.
The error shown when trying to run an analysis is:
âThe camera reported an error:A motion control server error has occurred (1023:100)â on the Syngo monitor.And the analysis is aborted.
The problem does not occur when moving the patient bed or Gantry manually.Nor when performing home position.
The problem occurs only when moving the patient bed horizontally, during long analysis, e.g. bones, iodine 131.
The problem disappears if the analysis is performed in the bottom end of the patient bed.
The Syngo software is MI_VA46C.SNAC for VA46C, version 8.7.10.6 QNX 6.3.
Iâve reinstalled SNAC on a new HDD in order to eliminate the possibility of a software problem or a problem reading the HDD.
But the problem persists.
Could you please share some advice or an insight as to what may be causing this problem and how I could solve it?

How far are you from Banja Luka? I have a friend who could come over and repair it. Itâs likely just a potentiometer or encoder for the motor.
