Hello! I have a problem with siemens ecam. After stopping for 2 months, after switching on, the problem "both the detectors are not initialized correctly" appeared. The second detector does not turn on and there is no voltage on it. The fan inside the detector does not rotate. At the input of the detector power supply, the voltage is 105 volts. What is the reason?
Check the input voltage on the other detector if at 105 you may want to retap the cleanbox and or change it. Your OEM power supply is blown in head 2 or the fuse is blown. Check the 15amp tab fuse in the head of good replace the supply.
You have a problem in Detector 2, then you have to focus just in detector 2. The communication between Snac and detector is serie in this way: Snac - Detector 2 - Detector 1. Then If you had a problem in detector 2, you woudnt have communication with detector 1.
You have to check in detector 2, the power supply, might this power supply is not working. 105 Voltage is ok.
I am sure your problem is detector 2 power supply.
Best regards
Problem solved. Malfunction of the standby unit on the chip UC3844. One of the 10 Ohm resistors in the transistor source circuit is faulty. The standby unit could not start due to overcurrent. It works! Thanks everyone!
