I have been facing err 21 on siemens mobilett plus. (The measured value of the standby filament current has
exceeded the limit.)
D4, +60 V, +15 V and +5 V are normal.
"FIL_VAL" on D1 must be between
0.16 and 2.5 V when the filament is
in standby mode. but mine is 12,5 volt.
Could you please assist me to solve the matter? Thank you
Before suspecting failure in H1, check cable integrity (short circuit) from D4 ( filament) to H1 (HV tank) ; open the filament circuit at Fil the connector on H1 , I sense must go to cero. Refer to wiring diagram document.
If not check D4 or cable broken

Remove the connection line between the filament plate and the combined ball tube, and turn on the computer to see if there is any change in the error.
