Serious problem you have, has erased the memory, the battery is for maintaining the data there. What you must do is to acquire some eprom that does not use battery and that serves to replace the one that this erased… soon you must make an interface to pass the information from a machine in ready operation and… at least deberia to ignite, but tendras that to review the parameters of calibration and others. I hope goes to you well. and like advice, never you disconnect battery of a 3 volt or 1.5 so that they are generally for that, to maintain memories or clocks.
