You should check the filament. Probably a damaged tube.

This is the error meaning.

Err 100 / Err 102 / Err 103 / Err 104: D470 Error

Error during exposure, error of the Exposure Focus
• Error 102
Error during exposure
• Error 103
Error during exposure and Standby, Large Focus Error
• Error 104
Error during exposure and Standby, Small Focus Error
• D470 defective

Possible Error Causes:
• None; too high or too low heating current detected.
• Heating not learned if error occurred during exposure.
• Heating filament (focus) or high voltage cable broken.
• Cabling from and to the D470.
• D470 defective.

Corrective
Measures:
• Check the low voltages (Wiring Diagram).
• Check the ribbon cable from D800 to D470.X3.
• Check the small and large focus of the X-ray tube. Pre-heating takes place in standby by both focuses; if needed, replace the tube unit.
• During startup of the new system: The HV cables to the HV tankare switched.
• Check the HV cable (cathode side); if needed, replace the HV cable.
• Check the "VHF" voltage on the D470 board between X1, Pin 1 and Pin 3.
􀂹 Values: approx. 15 V, approx. 50 kHz
• Measure the intermediate circuit voltage on the D470 board between:
- Pins X4.3 and X4.6
􀂹 Basic: 565 V (±10%) in standby mode
􀂹 ESU: 460 V (±10%) in standby mode
- Pins X4.1 and X4.6
􀂹 282 V (± 10%) in the standby mode
• Learn filament.
􀂹 See “Sequence of the Tube Adjustment Steps”.
• On HVT/(D532), check the cable connections D532.X1 (large
focus) and D532.X3 (small focus).
• Replace the D470.
• Replace the tube.

Is it an intermittent error? If so you might have a ground-noise related. Try spray WD40 on CX connectors.
