Siemens S2000 Saving Image Problems
February 12, 2016 05:12
We have a system that will capture the first image and the user can see it in the first thumbnail, however no images after can be seen. They also cannot see any images (outside of first one) in review of a current case. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check the local database and see how many patients. You may be close to filling the hard drive. If that does not work, reload software, first be sure to have a backup of ultrasound specific and sw settings for machine. Then reload, It is an easy step by step procedure.

The system has very little patient data on it. Reloading software did not fix the problem. Any other suggestions?

Could be RM problem, but I'm not positive. Those are pretty salty so you probably want to be correct or may call tech support.

I have an issue with an s2000 and you seem to be knowledgable. It will not save the DICOM settings for storage. The Local Host info is there, but when I load two locations into the Store Tab and reboot, it gives a runtime error and the destinations are erased. Thoughts?

Hello Shane, are you entering these on the system config page as well as in the configuration on the local service-configuration page? Enter settings on system config page, hit activate, and save. Then go to local service configuration before rebooting and make sure the info is entered/saved there.
