Please find below the detailed information regarding the error observed on the Siemens Somatom Perspective CT system.
Intermittently, during system startup, the radiation indicator light on the control box turns on, the yellow button illuminates, and an audible sound is heard as if the system were performing an exposure, even though the gantry is still completing its synchronization process. This behavior occurs approximately 2 to 3 times during startup, although it is not present on every startup cycle.
No explicit error message is displayed; however, the associated warnings are:
- CT_MAS_6026 - CT_MAR_6016
Additionally, intermittent IRS messages related to CT_ITF_1 and CT_ITF_300 are sometimes generated during the general test procedure. On certain occasions, these messages interrupt exposures, scan sequences, or even the entire general test. This issue is less frequent than the previously described startup behavior, but it also occurs sporadically.
The following troubleshooting actions have already been performed:
- Slip ring cleaning was carried out according to the service procedure. - Carbon brushes were inspected. - Issues related to the stationary and rotating SRS boards were ruled out. - Receiver and transmitter antenna issues were ruled out. - MAS and MAR related issues were also ruled out. - The voltage levels of the Lambda power supply were verified at 3.4 V and 4.3 V. - The voltage levels of the Lambda power supply were verified at 5 V, 15V, -15V, 24V.

Just clean and inspect slip rings again and tighten screws at slip ring back.

We also already change D400 board and control box. At the same time we reload software of ICS. Error still persists
