Siemens Sonoline Versa plus potentiometer problems

Hi,
I've got problems with two potentiometers, B and D

Push button works ok, but rotation not. I've opened potentiometer, there is IR sensor and perforated plastic. It's potentiometer with encoder and push switch. Is there any replacement for it? It's about 2x2cm it has 6 pins, when turning, there is 20 turns (clicks). On the bottom of pot, there is only "Panasonic" and nothing more. It's located on "keyswitch dop-2" board, rev. 2.
