Hello SangRok Yi,
Your problem is due to a special hardware configuration related to the SGI O2 video output: this computer has a normal D-SUB 15-pin output, but it sends the SYNC signal over the normal SYNC pin and, at the same time, mixed over the GREEN signal. So basically what You need is simply a SYNC-ON-GREEN capable monitor.
Probably the CRT monitor You're talking about is the original one that came together with the CT scanner, I guess. It might be a Barco model, which was obviously capable of syncing on green. As Mr. Bultot wrote, Toshiba replaced their old CRT monitors with new LCD ones made by EIZO; these monitors are capable of syncing over green, but they're not the only ones able to do so. I cannot tell You exactly which make and models actually do, You should do a research in the shops/websites where You usually buy Your hardware. Or, if You have many monitors to test, my advice is You try and test them all, because You might be lucky enough to find You already have a SYNC-ON-GREEN monitor.
Please remember, though, that for some models (like the EIZO RadiForce I mentioned before) the SYNC-ON-GREEN feature is present but not always activated; if not, all You need to do is navigate through the monitor menus, and You'll find).
I hope this can be of any help to You.
Best regards and best luck,
Ivano Murat
