Siregraph D3 error 74

February 25, 2015 08:42

HELLO DEAR COLLEAGUES,
I AM LOOKING FOR HELP TO SOLVE THE ERROR 74 ON A SIREGRAPH D3 SYSTEM.
WHEN LOADING KEY IS ACTUATED TO MOVE THE CASSETTE CARRIAGE FROM PARKING POSITION TO LOADING POSITION IT DOES NOT MOVE AND ERROR 74 IMMEDIATELY APPEARS ON D29. I CHECKED EEPROM DATA AND EVERYTHING IS O.K, REPLACED THE SEARCH RUN SWITCH (S105), ADJUSTED THE BASIC POSITION OF S105, REPLACED D32. LED V4 ON D9 BOARD IS ALWAYS OFF (IT DOES NOT LIT WHEN I PRESS THE LOADING KEY).
COULD ANYBODY HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM? YOUR HELP WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.
THANKS IN ADVANCE.

74. Longitudinal cassette carriage errors.
Check motor AM105
Check brake BM115 (not released)
Check fuse F4.
Check initialization switch S105 (very often).
Check encoder D80d.
Check encoder board D17
Check motor control board D9
Check motor supply board D32.

Hi Lenny,
Thanks a lot for answering.
The problem randomly appears. During tests on site, the machine behaves fine, but during a regular working period it fails (74 on D29). I have already checked all those items, only lack change D9 and D17. I don´t have any similar machine where to test them in. Any clue to test them?
Thanks before hand.
Best regards

Hello Vic, I had this problem for 2 weeks, the problem not is in the boards, the problem are the belts of arms in the bucky (take off the bucky, and check the operation of the arms) or the sensor longitudinal (optocupler). I change the bucky and the sensor and the equipmet work fine. the tensión of the chain is not important. ¡good luck!
