Hello dear colleagues,
I have some problems with a Siregraph D3 system. When I connect Pocket Terminal Emulator (PT510) to D29, it communicates to the system, but it can not get the EEPROM memory list of the Spotfilm device from main menu (using Function Key F8). It displays just "EEPROM error" instead of the memory contents of the EEPROM´s.
Where do these data reside?, In what board?
Moreover, it is not possible selecting any operating mode (NORMAL or SERVICE).
What could be the problem?
Connecting PT510 to Z2K2 (Basic Unit) everything works properly.
The configuration of communication cable that I am using is Null Modem.
Could anybody help me to find out the cause of this problem? Please.
I will appreciate any help from you. My e-mail is vijmaal@gmail.com
Best regards
