the SW CD got corrupted at some point of ghost version installation, I recommend you to try with new SW CD. kindly tell me the model of device and software version u r trying to install and I can support u with SW and installation guide!

This post is lacking a ton of missing information.
Are you trying to ghost a drive and reinstall that image on another drive?
Sounds like your Ghost Image might be corrupt.
Open the txt file using wordpad or notepad and see what the error is, it should guide you.
Instead of using ghost have you tried Macrium Reflect?
You may have to use a drive cradle to image the drive but it might work better than ghost.
