HELLO!!!!!!!!!!
SOMEONE HAVE A VERSION OF SYSTEM OPERATING SOFTWARE CALLED "PQS 1.0" I AM SERVICING A CT IN HERMSILLO, SON. MEX. AND THE BACKUPS DOESN`T WORK, THATS THE REASON WHAT I NEED THE TAPE, THE PART NUMBER IS 177991.

PQS 1.0 is largely obsolete and was replaced long time ago. Today, the current software level is 4.6B1. Let me know if you need further info about these features
You are right, I did the load of that version(4.6B1), but i had a problem with the display board, i think i need some hardware to do an upgrade from PQS 1.0 to 4.6B1, don`t you think?
i will appreciate any comments!!!!
Please, verify which software revision is declared in your microcontroller (use show_cnf). If it is not 4.6B1 the console won't fully boot and u need to replace the microcontroller for an updated one.
This is the situation:
When i load the new version 4.6B1 everything is fine until the moment when i select the start up option on the green menu, the system load good in the touch panel, all the functions works good, i mean, warmup, new study, scan, patient directory, everything; but in the main monitor never appears the PQS logo, the keybord doesn`t works, in fact, i have the monitor totally black, no image on it. I did the reload several times and happend the same.

The 4.6B1 level was the last version. Are you experimenting problems with version level or how to software reload?
