i have a somatom spirit CT scan repeated crash of the SW. we reload the SW and the system starts delayed counting after 3 days of installation and syngo not boot after 12 days of installation. The system repeated this for more than ten times. We replaced the ICS, and IRS but the problem is still.
Did you replace the whole ICS and IRS? or just changed the Tower and keeping use the Disks from original Tower?
After you changed the ICS and IRS. did you reload the software?
By thw way, where are you from?
This is strictly a software issue I seriously doubt you have any issues with the gantry. The most likely cause is a file becoming too large on your C drive and eventually causing the system not to boot. Check the CSAphonebooklog.log. Usually that is the file that builds at a rapid pace. If that file is a gig or more in size delete it and make room on your C drive.
Yes, we think in that way but we do not know what file is making the problem. The booting is progressively delay every day for example it counts to 30 in the first day, 35 in the second day 45 in the third day and so on till it reach 100 and crash. i will check the file and inform you. thanks dear.
Look through that log folder. And scan the rest of the C drive for something large. System has to have 10gig free too boot. I have a procedure to make the partition larger if need be. But I guarantee you something is too large. Customer could also be saving jpegs to that drive as well. Who knows. But poke around long enough and you find the file that's growing. If you are scared to deleted it, co twct me I will let you know if it's safe to remove, it normally is.
We did not detect any so large file but Somaris folder 1.5 giga. The C is 12 giga, 7 used and 5 free and there is no progressive increase in size of the used space. i mean it is almost the same at the time of installation and at the time of crash.
Yes that is more than a database rebuild. That is sufficient. Again it's not booting because of lack of space on the C: drive. This is a known issue with several versions of Somaris software. Send me an email ehauk@interstateimaging.com

When we reload the SW, we format the two hard disks. Is it not enough?
