Hello
I have a problem in Somaton Balance.
During the examination after reconstructing some images, during some examinations, the device does not obtain to reconstruct one of the images and stops, loses all the examination there, having that to initiate it again.
Any help is welcome.

try to do IRS test
possibly problem on DAS or transmitter receiver board
