We are facing a problem . In generator cabinet on dcc control board the main phase error led is always on. So system dont reset. (Discharge led on which is normal) .
Any body faced such problems please help.
The error log says ns_on_off relay error.
But ns led never gets on. And it also says dcc firmware error. Dcc control board and mcus are good already tested. May be dcc . Can any one tell what exactly make this problem in dcc power supply.
Dear all problem solved.
The error gone . Now not coming. And system ready. Its bad power to the boards may be noisy. Just changed it can see visual damage (burn)

We had a similar problem some months ago and It was solved making a DEEP CLEANING ACTION on Slipping ring, brush( Checking length, and good working conditions of ) and some boards( d400, d415... and so on) involved in.

Have you checked the power fuses, and main input breaker?...switch the main breaker off and on

Sounds like a bad auxiliary contact in the main contactor
