I have a problem that the Touch screen is not responding, but the screen boots and you can see the buttons to push but they do not respond to the touch.
if you remove the communication cable the machine knows and tells you that it does not have communication with the touch pad. I am a Imaging Engineer but I don't work ultrasound and don't have the intention to acquire the headache of working on this modality, but I have a costumer that is asking me as a favor to look into this particular problem due to the effect that is not an Image problem :-)
