Sonoace 8800 Problem

Good day, I am Alexander Ungria,I have a problem with the Sonoace 8800 GAIA,the problem is the software of sonoace does not execute it only stops in the windows base but the ultrasound does not continue. I tried to click the icon in the desktop and open it but still it does not execute. Another thing is,in the boot up,there is a message that says SYSTEM BOARD....CONFLICT. If there's anyone that can help me to fixed the problem,please help me. I don't have a software for thesaid machine so i cannot test if its only in the software problem.

I have SONOACE 8800, I have a problem where the function ball not working . and the below message is coming during power on
At least one service failure during setup . the main problem is that the function ball not working.
