Franklin is my name. I have a similar problem. The ADM power board has been changed, the DDM also the CW board and the Beam former board has all been changed but the equipment still hangs at 34% showing Error 40.
However the light indicating error status on the ADM panel under the equipment is showing ovp that is over voltage and a click sound while at the initial booting stage. Can anybody in the house give me the idea of ideal voltage coming from the ADM(a/c to D/C module that connects to the DDM. Thanks
I am facing a similar problem. In my case there was a physical damage in ADM. The ADM power supply is being imported.
Voltages in ADM with DDM cable disconnected.
ADM LED's off
+27V-GND (right GND): 43 VDC
+12V Standby-GND (right GND): 28.8 VDC
+12 FAN-GND (right GND): 28.8 VDC.
Voltages in ADM with DDM cable connected. The equipment is power-off.
+27V-GND (right GND): 48 VDC
+12 standby (right GND): 12 VDC
+12 fan-GND (right GND): 0
Voltages in ADM with DDM cable connected. The equipment is now power on.
LED "Norm": ON
+27V-GND (right GND): 41 VDC
+12 Fan (right GND): 12 VDC
+12 standby (right GND): 12 VDC
+12 Fan (left GND): 0 VDC
+12 standby (left GND): 12 VDC
ARM-GND (left GND): 5 VDC
Dear 2718,
Thanks so much for the pain taken to measure the voltages. My concern is the voltage specified by the service manual is 24V from ADM to DDM and on the DDM panel it is 27V to DDM but I measured 39-41V. Thats the same thing with your measurement. Is it correct? Is your own system working properly with the 41V that you measured. Can anybody through light on the accurate voltage expected from ADM going to DDM
Thanks
I changed the old power supply (ADM damaged) for a new one. Now the system is working fine.
Voltages in ADM with DDM cable disconnected.
+27V-GND (right GND): 30 VDC.
The other pins are 0 VDC.

Dear 2718, Thank you so much. I will work on my ADM to get 27V to 30V. The indicator at the back is showing over voltage OVP . Maybe I need to change my ADM too. Thanks so much for your time.
I have the voltages with the DDM cable disconnected, and with the DDM cable connected and the equipment turned off, but when I press power on nothing happens, it does not work, it does not turn on the machine, can you please help me
Tray this: extract all board and see what indicate the DDM when you push the on/off key .If it's OK insert the boards step by step and push the on/off key after every step to see if it's OK every board. If to the first step DDM have an error in the DDM it's a problem. Before of this test it's better to change the BIOS battery in the PC.
Good look!
The DDM does not show anything, it stays off and the PC does not work, when I activate the PC manually, it works, but the ultrasound part does not work
