Sonoline G40 Control panel issue

Dear friend, I have an issue with Sonoline G40 US. Control panel is not work, We cannot choise 2D, Doppler ... anay on the control panel. We have perform the self diagnostic the system tells that "Control panel device not found". Please any help or service manual ?
