Sonoline G60S DIMAQ-IP Problem

Hi everyone, I have a problem with a Sonoline G60S ultrasound system, Messages “DIMAQ-IP is busy” and “CRESCENDO APPLICATION IS NOT AVAILABLE. CHECK DIMAQ-IP” are displayed after shutdown order; which turns the shutdown process too slow. Does anyone knows how to solve this problem? I already need service manual. Thank you everyone in advance
