Hello ,
I have a problem with the transducers, that the machine sees them mounted but it doesn't show any image on the monitor.
Can anybody help me please,

Try to change the trasducers ports and see how it will behave. It is highly unlikely to have to all your probes tha same problem so the fault must be from the unit. Is there any error code while booting up ?
