I have a Sonos 5500 that everythine you freeze an image and then acquire it, a small box pops up in the lower left hand corner of the monitor wanting you to enter a comment, cancel or enter. I have looked all over and have set it up just like my other machines that dont do it. My tech is about to beat me if I dont find a solution. Any ideas?

Your loop acquisition is currently set at:"autostore with autodisplay" while your tech wishes to simply store manually each time he or she wants to "acquire" a particular frame.How to change this modality? 1) Touch "loop" on the left touchscreen 2) To manually display and acquire each loop at the same time; a) press "setup"; b) touch "display options"; c) select " Manual display" and select "OKAY" with your trackball and press ENTER. Finally press SETUP and this new configuration will be saved. Good Luck!
