Getting error codes on our Sonos 5500 ultrasound machine. We are getting DD06B, DD06F, and KD431. We recently had a new LCD monitor put on the US. Any suggestions?
I thyink it has something to do with the CMOS data being invalid ( I had a note reference this)
go here for the service manual I would try to clear the CMOS then reset

After that messages your 5500 is working or not?If it works after that but you just get this messages when you boot up the 5500 you have to change the 3.6v battery in the cpu.
Hi, the error code DD06B: CMOS memory initialized to default value. CHECK BATTERY. DD06F: Analysis CMOS Checksum error. CHECK BATTERY. KD431: Touch calibration CMOs data invalid. You have to change the battery 3.6V and recalibrate the touch. to calibrate the touch, you can access to service with the equipment shutting down, in the processor graphics change the sw8 position, turn the equipment on, you will have an error but you can erase it later, when you finished turn the equipment off and return the sw8 in the original position. when you turn it on again, it doesn´t have errors.

The 5500 is working only thing happens is when boots up I get the error codes. I've looked in manual and those codes are not listed.
