I have several IDI boxes that the hard drive has crashed. I am looking to replace the hard drive and reload the software. I can get the hard drives but can not locate the software. Does any one know where I can purchase a copy of the software? Can you clone a working hard drive?

There are different versions of IDI software. The software that you need is based on the motherboard thats inside your IDI Box.

Hello.I have the same problem with an IDI Box for Philips Sonos.Probably it is the HDD drive and when it is replaced with a new one i will need the software for the Sonos 5500 to bring this machine back to its full capacity.Are you able to provide me with this software.Thank you in advance.should i send you an e-mail or if you wish you can write to:

I do have every version of IDI BOX software. They are $150 per disc. You would need to open up your IDI BOX and see what model number motherboard you have since this software is motherboard specific.
