Hi we have an Philips Sonos 5500 does not display anything on the touch screens and monitor,when powered on. All the fans seem to be working. The power supply module and the PC are confirmed working (not sure of the interface/PCI card on the PC) One other section I looked at wasthe proc. graphic in the card rack, Which displays DFD28-0002.
We check to fuses on yhe main I/O board under the keyboardand these components are not open, we check the power supply and the voltages are correctly.

when disssembly the control panel inside check the cables that all are well connect
