Dear All
I need help with 1 Sonos 5500 Ultrasound. Currently the system unable to boot up and there is a error message on the display shows "Unable to respond to controls pressed. If problem persists, contact your Agilent service representative".
Anyone face this problem before? Appreciate your reply. Thanks a lot.

I dont know if you have fixed this, but it sounds like you have one of the keyboard keys stuck down. Try removing the keys. If this does not work then you may have a problem with the keypad below them.
