I try to install a used printer and appear the las hospital name un the upper film, some body has a sowtware or indicated how can I solve this(Put a new Hospital name)

Hello, I looking a service manual or a tip, because i have a sony up-df550 with error in the second tray that say: remove film tray 2 and I can´t print in these size, can you help me? thanks mi mail is carlosjaimesalgado@gmail.com
