SSD-500 Booting Issue

Hi,
SSD-500 is not booting at all. it does not beep at the start nor show any image on screen or show the booting light sequence on keyboard. However, the keyboard lights are green and working fine.. There seems some issue on cpu board, Can u guys help me out what can be the issue on cpu board??
. Screen remains black all the time. But i can hear the crystals are working.
any help will be highly appreciated..
