SSD-5000 B-mode doesn't work

Aloka SSD-5000
After cleaning of rear PCB basket and primary power supply, B-mode stops working.
M-mode works well.
We checked it with 3 different probes.
When we change the mode, the message "System information. Code [4105-1]" appears.
There was another trouble before cleaning - the power and CFM doppler didn't work.
Help to solve these troubles, please.
