startup problem with Logiq 700 MR

My GE Logiq 700 MR is having a problem booting up.
on but no display on screen, sound on listening and the dash lights light up but does not display anything on the monitor, the Master Control Card LEDs in red on Fail Stat

Check yours power supplies, rear side down, there are 6 PS
digital and analigic, if 5VCD is bad the system never boot up.
