First, look hard for a copy of the Enable Codes. Places to look are in the side bucket (where they usually are), inside the top (scan convertor) of the system (sometimes they are placed next to the monitor), under the user interface (may be taped to ther underside). If you can not find them there, contact the company that supplied the system. And, Siemens can help, if you can get to the right person.
